Are you a budding clinician looking for experience plus career development in a large prestigious UK teaching hospital?
If your answer is YES, Nottingham University Hospitals might have the job for you.
At NUH we have a well-established junior trust grade programme which will enable you to build your clinical skills and enhance your CV in readiness for a training post.
Our successful Junior Trust Grade Programme has over 70 doctors (FY2 to ST2 level) rotating every four months gaining skills, experience and training as they go. We would like to appoint additional doctors to our medical trust grade programme with rotations in: Emergency Medicine, HCOP, Respiratory, Cardiology, Haematology, Stroke, Diabetes and Endocrinology, Microbiology, Critical Care, Acute Medicine to name but a few
We can offer 12 month contracts (with the opportunity to extend by mutual agreement) with four month rotations which will enable you to gain experience in three different specialties over the year.
You must have UK NHS experience in a substantive role or minimum Part A MRCS and be able to demonstrate the essential criteria detailed in the person specification.
The programme is doctor centered, with the flexibility that allows the post holder to develop their own interests.
All trust grades are allocated a clinical/educational supervisor and study leave will be available to support your progress, as well as ongoing professional and pastoral support from a dedicated team.
