An exciting opportunity has arisen for two Consultant Neurologists to join the Neurology service at NUH. The service has recently undertaken significant redesign and expansion for the services provided in Nottinghamshire working closely in partnership with Sherwood Forest NHS Trust.

These 10 PA posts will be mainly based at the Queen’s Medical Centre although you will be expected to work at Sherwood Forest Hospitals NHS Trust. Your indicative timetable and job plan, along with other key information about the role and the day to day working arrangement, is attached.

Our community needs general neurology practitioners however neurologists with specialist interests will be welcomed and an interest in movement disorders will be an advantage.

Nottingham is the largest neurology centre in the East Midlands with a strong academic department and research links for all NHS consultants. Research is encouraged and fully supported by the University Hospital.

Newly trained or experienced consultants will be welcomed.

You must be registered with the GMC and be on the Specialist Register or within 6 months of acquiring CCT at the time of interview.
